Fruity and expressive red wine with the typical spiciness of Nebbiolo. A wine with a fresh, young, cherry-red colour. The nose has a bit of an atypical pronounced fruity touch. We mainly get a lot of plums and dark red fruit. On the palate, it remains very recognizable with firm tannins and a very discreet woody touch, all embellished by the ripe fruit. A typical and recognizable Nebbiolo but at the same time accessible and complex,,Gastronomy: from pork cheeks to marrined ribs, from funghi pasta to ripe hard cheeses. Very versatile!!
