Bottega Diamond spumante 75cl
The grapes come from the right bank on the river Po in Lombardy. The Pinot Noir from this region are perfectly ripe, beautiful aromatic fruit and good acidity. The grapes are therefore perfect for making a spumante according to the Metodo Martinotti. This spumante is vitified and has a long maturation on stainless steel cuves. This gives you a soft pearling, elegant fruit and a vinous character. Wonderful wine.
