Castellani Chianti DOCG 75cl fiasco
The color is ruby red with purple shades. The bouquet is full and is reminiscent of violets. The taste is dry and smooth with spicy notes of cherries and berries.,Did you know that Chianti is historically associated with that plump, funny bottle wrapped in one wicker basket, called "fiasco"? The name "Fiasco" comes from a failed attempt (a fiasco, indeed) to design a traditional bottle. Because of that "mistake" the bottle had not the desired shape and the bottle could not stand on it's own. The basket of straw was required to place the bottle vertically. This is not the only example in the,history of an error that results in a legend. Never underestimate the greatness of great mistakes!
