Ciry Hirondelles Minervois AOC 75cl
Les Hirondelles is the top-of-the-range cuvée of the Domaine, made mainly from Syrah, and aged for one year in barrels. The vineyards are certified in organic farming by Ecocert. The blend is made from 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache noir. The lots that make up this blend have been selected for their balance, power and aromatic profile marked by garrigue and spices. The 12-month aging in 300-liter barrels is carried out to strengthen and support the are typical of this cuvée.
