Selection of Vespaiola grapes, spontaneous fermentation, without temperature control and without the addition of sulphites (SO2). Maceration on the skins for two weeks, refinement in steam-pressed Austrian wooden barriques. Orange color with golden reflections, complex scents of flowers and honey. On the palate orange peel, sweet spices, candied fruit. Excellent acidity
