Sicilian sun and wind, organic grapes and a long maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation. This is how Camurria Orange was born, natural orange wine, bottled unfiltered.,The grape variety used is the Grillo, one of the indigenous grape varieties typical of Western Sicily.,The organic grapes are harvested and destemmed by hand at the beginning of September. The wine has hints of wildflowers, spices, almonds and orange peel. The taste is soft and savory with a nice sour core. In the aftertaste notes of citrus fruits, dried apricots, white peaches and sweet spices.
