This Grüner Veltliner is a selection of the best grapes from 2 vineyards, Kirnberg and Kreuzberg. All grapes are harvested manually and the vinification starts without the addition of yeasts and minimal sulphite in stainless steel barrels. After light filtering, the wine matures for 1 year in large used barrels. In the taste you get a slightly softer version. Some extra ripe and evolved keys.
