The Rosato Toscano is the result of Monte Chiaro's best selection of Sangiovese and the rare Malvasia Nera. The Saignée process involves in extracting fluid from vats of their best red grape selection. The Sangioves grapes gives the wine structure and the Malvasia Nera brings the intesity and perfume. The nose is elegant with aromas of pink grapefruit, orange, rose, strawberry, and cinnamon. A perfect wine for an aperitif by the pool.
