A surprising, wild Sauvignon Blanc. Yet the wine still has a typical Sauvignon blanc scent, with the well-known exotic character and hints of leafy green. However, complex aromas of ripe citrus fruit, lactic notes and wildflowers give this Sauvignon an unexpected dimension. The taste is very rich, pronounced and complex. The acidity is perfectly balanced with the roundness that the wine has acquired through the maturation on the yeasts. The taste is complex and very long with a nice finish.
