Il Monte Caro Carose IGT 75cl
Il Biondo IGT, the lively white of Il Monte Caro is a fresh and mineral wine obtained from Garganega grapes harvested by hand from a vineyard we manage, but not on Monte Caro. It is obtained by draining destemmed grapes. The fermentation lasts a few days at a controlled temperature of the tank and without adding any chemical component such as enzymes, tannins or yeasts. This wine is aged in steel and then refermented in the bottle.,Il Biondo IGT, straw yellow in color with golden reflections, is a wine with hints of citrus and the typical minerality of its soil. The wine is sapid, elegant and has a good freshness, thanks also to the refermentation in the bottle of a small quantity of must which makes it slightly sparkling.
