Delivery time
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday. We always aim to ship the order on the first working day following the order. How long your package takes to arrive depends on the chosen delivery method and the distance your package has to travel. You will always receive a tracking link so you can track the delivery.
Postage costs
Orders within Belgium are shipped free of charge from an order amount of 45 EUR.
Orders outside Belgium are only offered for a fee. The shipping cost depends on the order and the chosen delivery service. When finalizing your order, you can choose between Mondial Relay Parcel Shop, GLS, DPD Parcel Shop, and DPD (depending on availability in your region).
Parcel services
We offer parcel services in our store for DHL Express, DPD, GLS, PostNL, Vinted Go, and UPS. If you have a question about a package, please contact us via this Parcel Service Form. Since it is sometimes busy in our store, we cannot always assist you over the phone.
