Prosecco with 11gr / L residual sugar and a lot of aromatic fruit typical of Prosecco. 40% of the grapes come from the hills of Treviso, which benefits the quality anyway. Medium intense straw yellow wine with lots of fruit such as yellow apper, quince & white stone fruit but also floral notes such as acacia & elderflower. 11gr sugar seems a lot, but most Champagnes also have so much sugar. It is the fruity aromatic style that gives an impression of more sugars, but everything, together with the fine acidity and fine pearls, keeps everything perfectly in balance.,,Gastronomy: For your receptions or apero moments in spring, summer or warmer autumn days.
