Bottega Pink Gold Prosecco Doc Rosé is a sparkling Prosecco rosé Brut that comes from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Prosecco DOC area, which are grown according to classical and traditional techniques and have unchanged their quality and typicality maintained throughout the year.,The result is a bright pink pearlescent spumante with a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet has complex notes with clear floral hints (jasmine, elderflower and rosebud) and fruity hints of pear and white peach. Spicy notes and undergrowth in the finish. The taste is fresh and slightly juicy.
