Aglianico sometimes gets the name Nebbiolo from the south. So expect a full, powerful red wine with ripe tannins and refreshing acidity. Intense ruby ??red wine with purple edge. The nose is also intense with lots of blue fruit, a Provencal spiciness, violet and some tobacco and dried leaves due to the wood maturation. Very mouth-filling with pleasant acidity, ripe tannin and a firm body. The finish is medium long, refined and well structured.,,Gastronomy: Open an hour in advance or possibly carafe.
