Sansa is a blend of leftover refined olive oil and good quality virgin olive oil, obtained through modern processing technologies. It is mainly used for making bread and in the food industry especially for its excellent value for money. It can also be used in uncooked spices or to make light dishes.
Oil composed exclusively of oils obtained from the processing of olive pomace and oils obtained directly from olives. This oil can become cloudy at less than 10°C. This is normal and the oil will become clear as it warms up. Store in a cool, dry place (13°C - 25°C), away from heat and direct light. Close after use.
