Very full-bodied and firm white wine, with a nice touch of wood. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented at a low temperature to preserve the fruit. Afterwards, he goes into small barrels for a maturation of 12 months. A wine rich in ripe fruit such as stone fruit, melon, a fine underlying touch of passion fruit and of course the vanilla and the light toast of the wood.
