Hillinger Cabernet Sauvignon 75cl

The dark garnet red of this Cabernet Sauvignon is surrounded by a short, purple rim. It reveals the scent of intense cassis and also shows hints of cedar wood. On the palate it develops the aromas of dark berries and ripe raspberries as well as pickled fruits, paired with a light touch of bourbon vanilla and dark chocolate. It presents itself with dry, very well-supporting acidity. The tannin is ripe and strong and gives the wine a good structure that continues into the long, animating finish.
