The white wine made from equally pressed Pinot Noir presents itself in pale straw yellow with delicate pink reflections. The invigoratingly fragrant nose reflects currants and red berries, which are underpinned by a fine citrus freshness and a light ice candy aroma. The red berries are also expressed on the palate, where a complex acid structure carries the wine through to the invigorating finish.
