Ciry Malabestia Minervois AOC 75cl
This wine is made from Grenache noir, Carignan and Syrah, from the altitude terroirs of Siran and Livinière. The different lots of grapes were harvested, vinified, aged separately, and worked entirely by hand. The work in the vineyard and in the cellar is carried out in organic farming, and certified by Ecocert. Style is the definition of the typicality of Minervois wines; fruity, roundness and sweetness. The work in the vineyard and in the cellar was carried out to emphasize power and complexity, while keeping a good balance. The high altitude terroirs from which the grapes come naturally bring freshness and significant acidity to a Mediterranean wine. Grenache (60%) brings its very ripe and jammy red fruits and its roundness. Carignan (25%) brings density to the mid-palate and herbal notes. The Syrah (15%), matured in barrels for 6 months, brings its spices to the finish and its tension.
