Spontaneoulsy fermented in tremperature controlled strainless steel tank for 3 months and additional 12 months: the Vespaiolo in the tank, and the Garganega in oak. One additional year in the bottle after blending. Straw yellow color, perfumes of ripe abricot and honey, in the palate it is spicy such as turmeric and vanilla
